LC Luxury Homes

Owned by home builder Laurie Carruthers, LC Luxury Homes is a home construction and design firm on Prince Edward Island, Canada. The company’s projects focus on beautiful waterfront and beach house properties. We worked with Laurie to develop a custom brand identity based around her handwritten initials. Each of her beautiful homes has her bespoke style and careful attention to detail so her signature was the perfect place to start building the brand and design language. Working from the established brand identity we built an online platform for LC Luxury Homes to share information about the company and Prince Edward Island, as well as homes currently available for sale and subdivisions under development.
